I was referred to Dr. Lombardi by my PCP after many failed attempts to help alleviate my lower back pain from a herniated disc. He patiently listened to me as i explained my history with the pain and my frustration of not seeing any results from any of my previous providers. He asked detailed questions as well as gave me detailed information about my options. I had a lumbar discectomy done about a week ago by Dr. Lombardi - hands down one of the best operative experiences i’ve had with any surgical team. Dr. Lombardi and his team don’t treat you as just a patient coming in for a procedure, they actually treat you like a person! Dr. Lombardi made sure i was calm and ready prior to going in and was there to make sure i was good even after the surgery, and the anesthesiology team had me laughing until they put me under!
