Was dealing with constant lower back and glutes pain radiating to back of thighs. Coughing, sneezing, walking, using restroom caused the pain to increase; the only relief was to lay in bed. After meeting Dr. Lombardi he discovered scoliosis in my lower back causing the nerves to be very tightly packed due to my history of arthritis. Dr. Lombardi took his time to explain what was causing my pain and his recommendations. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured for a decision. Ultimately dealing with the pain for over two years was no longer an option and decided surgery was the best course of action. Immediate surgery recovery was a few weeks but I could already feel the original pain completely gone. Full recovery will be approx. a year and I wish I would have consulted with Dr. Lombardi sooner. Female / 70 years old / History severe arthritis /
